About the Role:

We are seeking an exceptional and visionary Chief Executive Officer to lead our core investment company into its next phase of growth and innovation. The ideal candidate will bring strategic foresight, an extensive network within financial markets, and a proven record of value creation across investment portfolios. The CEO will be responsible for setting the overall direction, enhancing shareholder value, and building a resilient, agile organization with long-term capital deployment strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Leadership:
    Define and execute long-term business strategies in alignment with the company’s investment philosophy and risk appetite.

  • Fund Management:
    Oversee multi-sector and multi-asset investment portfolios including private equity, debt, real estate, and emerging asset classes.

  • Capital Raising:
    Build relationships with institutional investors, family offices, and HNIs to secure capital and drive fundraising efforts globally.

  • Governance & Compliance:
    Ensure corporate governance standards, regulatory compliance, and risk management frameworks are best-in-class.

  • Stakeholder Management:
    Act as the key spokesperson and representative with the board, investors, regulators, and strategic partners.

  • Operational Excellence:
    Lead high-performing cross-functional teams; drive operational efficiency, cost discipline, and digital transformation.

  • M&A and Exits:
    Spearhead M&A initiatives, portfolio optimization, and timely exits to maximize returns.

Governance & Oversight:

  • Establish and chair the Board of Directors, setting governance frameworks and oversight principles.

  • Ensure legal, ethical, and fiduciary integrity in all investment and corporate practices.

  • Recruit, mentor, and support C-suite leadership across the firm and portfolio companies.
     

Capital Formation & Stakeholder Relations:

  • Lead capital raising efforts from institutional investors, family offices, sovereign funds, and HNWIs.

  • Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including limited partners, regulators, financial institutions, and advisors.
     

Thought Leadership & Brand Building:

  • Represent the company as a thought leader at industry panels, investment forums, and global events.

  • Shape the public narrative and reputation of the company through active PR, ESG leadership, and strategic communications.
     

Innovation & Expansion:

  • Drive innovation across investment methodologies, digital transformation, and new market exploration.

  • Expand the firm’s global footprint by identifying cross-border investment opportunities and partnerships.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience (minimum 15–20 years) in a senior leadership role within an investment firm, private equity, asset management, or a high-growth financial services environment.

  • Deep understanding of capital markets, M&A, fundraising, and portfolio management.

  • Demonstrated track record of leading strategic growth, driving returns, and scaling organizations.

  • Strong analytical, financial, and communication skills.

  • Advanced degree in finance, economics, business administration, or related fields (MBA or CFA preferred).
