About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and visionary Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our leadership team. The CFO will be a key architect in driving the company’s financial strategy, capital management, risk oversight, and operational efficiency as we continue to scale our investment portfolio. This individual will play a pivotal role in strategic planning, investor relations, and capital allocation to fuel long-term value creation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Leadership:

    • Serve as a key business partner to the CEO and leadership team to shape and execute long-term strategic initiatives.

    • Drive financial planning, M&A, fundraising, capital allocation, and exit strategies aligned with growth objectives.

  • Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A):

    • Oversee budgeting, forecasting, performance analysis, and business modeling.

    • Lead scenario planning and investment valuation for existing and potential portfolio companies.

  • Capital Strategy:

    • Manage debt/equity financing, capital markets activity, and investor relations.

    • Optimize capital structure and cash flow across the investment portfolio.

  • Risk & Compliance Oversight:

    • Ensure strong financial governance, internal controls, and regulatory compliance.

    • Lead enterprise risk management (ERM) and liaise with auditors, regulators, and rating agencies.

  • Team Leadership & Development:

    • Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing finance team.

    • Drive a culture of accountability, transparency, and performance excellence.

  • Stakeholder Management:

    • Partner with external stakeholders including investment partners, institutional investors, banks, and the board of directors.

    • Prepare and deliver clear, concise reports, dashboards, and board presentations.

Qualifications

  • CA / CPA / CFA / MBA Finance or equivalent advanced degree.

  • Proven experience in a CFO role within investment, asset management, private equity, venture capital, or financial services.

  • Strong grasp of investment models, portfolio management, and deal structuring.

  • Experience leading financial due diligence and post-merger integration.

  • Exceptional analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.

  • Track record of raising capital and managing relationships with institutional investors.
