About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and visionary Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our leadership team. The CFO will be a key architect in driving the company’s financial strategy, capital management, risk oversight, and operational efficiency as we continue to scale our investment portfolio. This individual will play a pivotal role in strategic planning, investor relations, and capital allocation to fuel long-term value creation.
Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership:

Serve as a key business partner to the CEO and leadership team to shape and execute long-term strategic initiatives.

Drive financial planning, M&A, fundraising, capital allocation, and exit strategies aligned with growth objectives.

Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A):

Oversee budgeting, forecasting, performance analysis, and business modeling.

Lead scenario planning and investment valuation for existing and potential portfolio companies.

Capital Strategy:

Manage debt/equity financing, capital markets activity, and investor relations.

Optimize capital structure and cash flow across the investment portfolio.

Risk & Compliance Oversight:

Ensure strong financial governance, internal controls, and regulatory compliance.

Lead enterprise risk management (ERM) and liaise with auditors, regulators, and rating agencies.

Team Leadership & Development:

Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing finance team.

Drive a culture of accountability, transparency, and performance excellence.

Stakeholder Management:

Partner with external stakeholders including investment partners, institutional investors, banks, and the board of directors.

Prepare and deliver clear, concise reports, dashboards, and board presentations.

Qualifications

CA / CPA / CFA / MBA Finance or equivalent advanced degree.

Proven experience in a CFO role within investment, asset management, private equity, venture capital, or financial services.

Strong grasp of investment models, portfolio management, and deal structuring.

Experience leading financial due diligence and post-merger integration.

Exceptional analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.

Track record of raising capital and managing relationships with institutional investors.
