About the Role:
We are seeking a visionary and results-driven Chief Investment Officer (CIO) to lead the investment strategy, portfolio management, and asset allocation of our core investment business. The ideal candidate will be a seasoned investment professional with a proven track record of delivering superior returns, managing risk across diverse asset classes, and driving sustainable value creation. This is a board-level role requiring strategic insight, disciplined execution, and thought leadership in capital markets and macroeconomic trends.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership:

Develop and execute a forward-looking, multi-asset class investment strategy aligned with the firm’s long-term goals.

Provide thought leadership on market trends, economic shifts, and geopolitical risks to inform decision-making.

Serve as a key member of the executive team to shape overall business strategy.
Portfolio & Asset Management:

Oversee the management of diversified investment portfolios across public equities, fixed income, alternatives, real assets, and private markets.

Ensure optimal asset allocation and risk-adjusted returns.

Lead due diligence, valuation analysis, and capital deployment decisions.
Governance & Compliance:

Uphold high standards of investment governance, risk management, and fiduciary responsibility.

Ensure full compliance with local and international regulatory frameworks.
Team Leadership:

Build and lead a world-class investment team, fostering a culture of accountability, integrity, and performance excellence.

Mentor senior investment professionals and develop internal talent pipelines.
Stakeholder Management:

Engage with board members, institutional investors, sovereign wealth funds, family offices, and external partners.

Present regular investment performance reports and strategic updates.
Qualifications

Minimum of 15–20 years of investment experience in asset management, private equity, sovereign wealth, or institutional investment settings.

Proven success in managing multi-billion dollar portfolios and leading high-performing teams.

Strong academic background: MBA/CFA/CAIA preferred; Master’s or Ph.D. in Finance, Economics, or related field is a plus.

Deep understanding of global markets, investment instruments, regulatory environments, and risk frameworks.

Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

Track record of innovation, foresight, and capital allocation discipline.
