About the Role:
We are seeking a visionary Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead our technology strategy and execution. The ideal candidate will be a seasoned business leader with a deep understanding of financial markets, investment technologies, and digital transformation. Key Responsibilities

Technology Strategy & Leadership: Develop and execute a forward-looking technology roadmap aligned with the company’s strategic investment goals. Lead innovation initiatives that enhance investment analytics, data infrastructure, and automation.

Business Integration: Collaborate closely with investment teams, risk management, compliance, and business units to integrate technology solutions that improve decision-making and operational efficiency.

Product & Platform Development: Oversee the design and development of proprietary trading platforms, data analytics tools, AI/ML-driven investment models, and fintech integrations.

Cybersecurity & Compliance: Ensure robust cybersecurity practices, data privacy, and regulatory compliance in all technology operations.

Team Leadership: Build, mentor, and scale a high-performing technology organization, fostering a culture of agility, innovation, and excellence.

Vendor & Stakeholder Management: Manage relationships with technology vendors, partners, and key stakeholders to maximize technology investments.

Budget & Resource Management: Oversee technology budgets, resource allocation, and project delivery timelines to meet business objectives efficiently.

Industry Thought Leadership: Represent the company in industry forums, conferences, and partnerships to stay ahead of emerging technology trends in investment and finance.
Qualifications

Proven track record as a CTO or senior technology executive within financial services, investment management, or fintech sectors.

Strong business acumen with experience driving technology strategies that deliver measurable business outcomes.

Deep understanding of investment processes, asset management technologies, trading systems, and data science applications.

Expertise in cloud computing, big data analytics, AI/ML, blockchain, and cybersecurity.

Exceptional leadership skills with experience managing multidisciplinary technology teams.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities at the executive and board levels.

Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, or related fields; MBA or equivalent is a plus.
