About the Role:
We are seeking an accomplished and strategic business leader to join our executive team as the Head of Investor Relations (IR). This pivotal role requires a visionary leader who can shape and execute a comprehensive investor relations strategy, enhancing our market reputation, driving transparent communications, and building strong, trust-based relationships with the investment community globally.
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of capital markets, investment trends, and regulatory environments, paired with exceptional communication skills and the ability to translate complex financial and strategic narratives into clear, compelling messages that resonate with investors, analysts, and key stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities

Strategic IR Leadership: Develop and implement a forward-looking investor relations strategy aligned with the company’s long-term growth and capital raising objectives.

Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain robust relationships with institutional investors, equity analysts, credit rating agencies, and other key market participants worldwide.

Communication & Messaging: Craft and deliver clear, consistent, and impactful messaging regarding company strategy, financial performance, governance, and market opportunities to the investment community.

Capital Markets Expertise: Monitor market trends, competitor positioning, and shareholder sentiment to inform executive decision-making and corporate strategy.

Financial Reporting Support: Collaborate closely with finance, legal, and executive teams to prepare quarterly earnings releases, investor presentations, annual reports, and other disclosures ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and transparency.

Executive Engagement: Act as the primary liaison between the executive leadership and external investors, preparing senior management for investor meetings, conferences, and earnings calls.

Crisis & Reputation Management: Lead IR communication during periods of market volatility, corporate events, or crises to safeguard the company’s reputation and investor confidence.

Team Leadership: Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing IR team capable of delivering on the company’s investor relations objectives globally.
Qualifications

Proven senior leadership experience (10+ years) in investor relations, corporate finance, investment banking, or a related financial services environment, ideally within the investment management or core investment industry.

Deep knowledge of capital markets, investor expectations, and regulatory frameworks (e.g., SEC, FCA, SEBI or relevant local authorities).

Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with a track record of influencing senior executives and investor audiences.

Strong strategic mindset with the ability to analyze complex financial and operational data and synthesize insights for diverse audiences.

Experience working closely with Boards of Directors, C-suite executives, and external stakeholders.

Demonstrated ability to manage high-stakes investor interactions, including roadshows, earnings calls, and crisis communications.

Advanced degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or equivalent; professional certifications (e.g., CFA, CPA) a plus.

Global perspective with experience managing investor relations in multiple regions is highly desirable.
