About the Role:

We are seeking a visionary Head of Human Resources to lead all aspects of HR strategy and execution, partnering closely with business leaders to attract, retain, and develop top talent that drives our investment success. This is a key leadership role in shaping organizational culture and business performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company’s investment goals and growth plans.

  • Lead talent acquisition efforts to attract senior investment professionals and business support leaders.

  • Build and nurture a high-performance culture rooted in ownership, integrity, and collaboration.

  • Design compensation, benefits, and incentive programs aligned with business objectives and industry benchmarks.

  • Drive leadership development, succession planning, and continuous learning initiatives.

  • Partner with executive leadership on organizational design and change management.

  • Oversee employee relations, compliance, and risk mitigation across all jurisdictions.

  • Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives to foster innovation and employee engagement.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as an HR leader in investment banking, private equity, or asset management.

  • Deep understanding of the financial services talent market and compensation trends.

  • Strong business acumen and ability to influence C-suite and board-level stakeholders.

  • Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.

  • Experience managing HR teams and partnering with global offices is a plus.
