About the Role:
We are seeking a seasoned Investment Director to lead the origination, evaluation, and execution of strategic investment opportunities. The role requires a dynamic leader with a deep understanding of capital markets, strong deal-making acumen, and the ability to drive long-term value creation across diverse portfolios.
Key Responsibilities

Lead the end-to-end investment process from deal sourcing to execution and post-investment value creation.

Evaluate investment opportunities in sectors such as infrastructure, energy, technology, and financial services.

Develop and maintain relationships with investment banks, advisors, promoters, and other stakeholders.

Guide due diligence processes, including financial modeling, risk analysis, and strategic fit assessments.

Present investment theses and recommendations to the Investment Committee and Board.

Monitor and optimize portfolio performance; engage with portfolio company management on strategic initiatives.

Provide leadership to junior team members and support firm-wide knowledge building.
Qualifications
-
12+ years of experience in investment management, private equity, investment banking, or corporate strategy.

Proven track record of leading and closing large investment deals.

MBA/CFA/CA or equivalent qualifications; international education/experience preferred.

Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.

Deep industry knowledge and ability to develop sectoral insights.
