Drive process automation and technology integration across key operations.

Build robust systems for portfolio monitoring, risk management, and reporting.

Lead digital transformation and implement best-in-class operations platforms (e.g., CRM, ERP, fund management tools).

Ensure full regulatory compliance (SEBI, RBI, FATCA, AML, etc.) across operational processes.

Establish internal control frameworks and audit-readiness for operations.

Liaise with auditors, legal counsel, and regulators to manage operational risks.

Build and lead a high-performing operations team.
